$55 per 30 min - Fit and Fast (30 minutes) – Strength training only (weights, core, body weight exercises and Abdominals)

$85 per hour - HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) – This is an excellent way to get in shape. You will combine several strength exercises quickly followed by another one. Talk about “feeling the burn”!
$85/hour - Whether you are a seasoned Triathlete or a first timer to a multi-sport or other endurance sport (5K - marathons) strength training is very important. If you make time to build up your lean muscle mass your endurance capacity will increase.
